TIPPING

All TIP portion of the service is requested to be done via cash or venmo for the technician. We do not have an ATM, but we will be able to make change for you.

BOOKING SERVICE

We require a credit card to be held to book any and all services at this time.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please try to arrive 5 mins prior to appointment to take time to wash your hands and select your color. This will help us stay timely for all services throughout the day.

LATE ARRIVAL

We understand life is busy and hectic. However, should you be running more than 10 mins late your service is subject to edit depending on our schedule. We have been very busy and pride ourselves on our new timing and can not fall behind for other clients!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Anything less than 24 hours is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

No show or cancellation less than 2 hours before service will be charged for the full amount of the booked service(s).

SALES TAX

All services will include sales tax as per CT sales tax rate of 6.35%.
